To say 2024 was unexpectedly challenging in the chimney product industry is an understatement. The two largest vendors we most often work with both had significant logistical and manufacturing issues, causing a ripple effect through the industry that is still being felt on some products. In the end some of the causes of the issues will end up making things run smoother with newly automated warehouses but the timing was not optimal for such a seasonal business. We apologize for anyone who received lesser quality service then we strive to live up to. We try our best to let you know we care and are always going to provide the best service within our ability. We have always said we are only as good as our partners in the business as the world is a different place then it was several decades ago when we started this business, but we will always do our best to provide real time customer service. Best customer service I've had in years. I preferred the wrong parts and they knew it. They called me to make sure I wanted what it ordered as the parts list didn't make sense to them. They got me the right things fast and followed through in everything! Couldn't be happier.

This feels kind of unnecessary with all the other good reviews. But I totally agree with them. I did an order with Steve 6-7 years ago. Everything worked out so well that it brought me back again. In both cases I faxed Steve a layout with measurements and received back an exact layout with the order of placing things and it was right on. Couldn't be happier. Everything was on time and correct. Steve is humble about it, but he knows his stuff about chimneys'
